Stacy Clayton is the founder and CEO of C4 Performing Arts, LLC. As a multidisciplinary performing artist, owning and operating a performing arts organization is a dream come true.
Stacy brings more than 12 years of experience in choreography, arts management and arts education to her students. She is passionate about sharing her love of all performing arts with her community.

Community Service
Students of C4 Performing Arts contribute to the community in many ways. Our talents are put to work by raising awareness for fundraisers and non-profit organizations.
Graphical art students and instructors offer their support to local organizations and events with their penchant for visual stimuli. Custom logos, t-shirt designs, flyers, marketing materials and much more can be created for any cause. Video editing and DVD's are also available.

| “C4 Performing Arts, LLC” is a newly founded arts organization in the DC Metropolitan Area under the direction of Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director Ms. Stacey Yvonne Claytor. Ms. Claytor is a dynamic professional dance educator who has always sought opportunities to infuse her community with the joy that dance and the performing arts have brought her.
At C4, we feel strongly that there is an awesome power that resides within the heart of all performing arts. A power that can unify, uplift and inspire people of all walks of life, transcending cultural barriers and drawing us together as a global community.
Our Director is resolute about the integration of the performing arts in educational programs across the country, holding fast to the belief that the arts teach discipline, inspire creativity, improve self-esteem, and assist our youth in setting and achieving the highest goals and thus reaching their fullest potential in life.
Ms. Claytor, as the visionary leader for C4, is committed to her vision of increasing opportunities for people of every generation to experience, understand, participate in and enjoy the arts. C4 plans to do this by striving to provide educational arts programs for youth, produce and present workshops and performances encompassing the highest standards of excellence and diversity as a reflection of the world in which we live, and working diligently to expose people of every economic class to the beauty of the arts.
The universality of the arts is a rarity in this world, providing all people with a language in which to communicate and genuinely express one’s self. This further supports the notion that the arts are an essential component in the educational experience, which gives way to the growth and development of the creative spirit.
